Project enquiries

When you submit the project form, your name, email, business information, project type, budget and goals are sent to our GoHighLevel customer relationship management system so we can review and respond to your enquiry.

We use the information you provide to understand your project and manage the resulting conversation. If you contact us by email, your email provider and the receiving email service also process your message. Submitting a project enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Discovery calls

When you book a call, GoHighLevel processes your contact details, selected time and any notes so Vanta can schedule the meeting, send appointment details and manage changes. The calendar displays available times in your local timezone. Booking a call does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Website hosting

The hosting infrastructure processes technical request information, which may include an IP address, browser information and request times, to deliver and protect the website.

Analytics and advertising

We use GoHighLevel External Tracking to record page visits, referral and campaign information, and project form submissions. This helps us connect an enquiry to the page or campaign that brought you here. The service may use browser storage and process technical information such as browser details and IP address. Advertising pixels are not installed. Brand fonts and website images are served from this website.

Your choices

Avoid including sensitive information in an initial project enquiry. If you have sent us information and want to ask about access, correction or deletion, email hello@myvanta.agency. We will review your request in the context of the information we hold and any applicable obligations.
